DHC St. John's Wort

The 445mg grain size is perfect for me — easy to swallow and I feel a subtle lift in my mood about an hour after taking it. It's become a steady part of my morning routine.

Noticed a real difference in my overall mood after about two weeks of taking the 445mg capsule daily. It's subtle but steady—I feel less weighed down by small daily stresses. Definitely planning to reorder.

I've been taking this one capsule a day for about three weeks now and I definitely notice my mood feels more balanced. The 445mg per serving is a solid dose that seems to work without being too heavy to swallow.
