The soup base has just the right amount of saltiness without being overpowering, and the noodles stay firm even after sitting in the broth for a few minutes. I’ve tried many instant ramens, but this one really captures that Hokkaido flavor I was hoping for.

The thick, chewy noodles hold onto the rich shio broth perfectly, and it tastes just like a bowl from a Hokkaido ramen shop. I added some soft-boiled egg and green onions for a quick, satisfying lunch.

The noodles have a nice chewy texture that holds up well even after sitting in the broth for a few minutes. The shio broth is rich without being too heavy, though I wish the 5-pack came with a bit more seasoning powder per packet.
