Dear Natura 글루코사민 콘드로이틴 히알루론산 180정 (30일분)

I've been taking these for about three weeks now, and I'm genuinely surprised at how much easier it is to get up from my desk chair without stiffness. The 1,500 mg of glucosamine combined with hyaluronic acid seems to be doing exactly what I hoped for my knees.

After a month of taking these, I've noticed I can finally bend down to tie my shoes without that familiar hesitation. The 1500mg glucosamine dosage combined with the hyaluronic acid seems to make a real difference in my hip flexibility.

My knees don’t crack when I get up from my desk anymore, and the 1,500 mg of glucosamine per serving is the first supplement that’s actually made a difference for me.
