This balm feels so silky on my skin, and it completely dissolves my waterproof mascara without any harsh rubbing. After rinsing, my face is left feeling clean and soft, not stripped or greasy. It's become an essential step in my nightly routine.

First time using a balm cleanser, and I'm honestly impressed by how easily it melts away my waterproof mascara without leaving a greasy film. My skin feels clean but not stripped afterward, which is a hard balance to find.
