Yamamoto Kanpo Pharmaceutical Economische Afslankthee 36 Zakjes (8 g) x 36H

I was skeptical about a tea helping with sugar cravings, but the gimnema in this blend genuinely cuts the sweetness I taste in desserts. After a week, I’ve already noticed I’m reaching for fewer snacks between meals. The individual packets make it easy to brew a cup at work.

The packet size is generous for the price, and I like that I can use one per day without rationing. The gimnema definitely makes sweet cravings feel less urgent, which has helped me stick with my routine. Tastes like a mild oolong tea, so it's easy to drink regularly.

I’ve been drinking a cup about 20 minutes before lunch every day, and the blend with gimnema really helps curb my sweet cravings without any weird aftertaste. The 36 packets lasted me over a month, so it’s been a solid value for daily use.
