The formula makes it super resistant to tears, water, and sebum, which keeps the line super clean all day long. It features 4 types of serum components that help boost the moisture of your eyelid and it can be removed easily with hot water and makeup remover. It doesn't bleed easily, but you can remove it with hot water!
