Svelty Black Ginger 黑生薑 膳食補充品 150錠

Taking these about 20 minutes before my morning walk, and I'm sweating noticeably more than usual without pushing myself harder. The tablet size is smaller than I expected, which makes them easy to swallow.

I've noticed a real difference in how I feel after meals since starting these—my digestion seems smoother and I'm not getting those afternoon slumps. The 150-tablet count is great value, lasting me well over a month with two a day.

The tablets are easy to swallow, and I’ve felt a slight but noticeable boost in my energy during afternoon walks. Just wish the effects were a bit stronger—still, it’s a solid addition to my routine.
