Yakult 青汁のめぐり 綠色蔬果汁 225g (7.5g x 30包)

I was skeptical about the texture, but it dissolves completely in water with no clumps—just a slightly earthy taste that's easy to handle. The 30 individual bags are perfect for tossing in my work bag.

Mixing one packet into my morning yogurt has been a game-changer for getting more greens without the usual grassy aftertaste. The individual bags make it easy to bring to work, and I appreciate that the dietary fiber actually settles well in my stomach.

I was worried about the taste, but mixing one bag with water is actually pretty mild and not bad at all. The dietary fiber really helps keep things moving, and I like that it comes in single-serve packets.
